By accessing the Keenbond Clay Atelier website or enrolling in any class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Classes and enrollment
- Descriptions: We aim to describe classes accurately, including level, duration, and materials. Minor variations may occur.
- Enrollment: Seats are limited. Your seat is confirmed upon receipt of payment or explicit confirmation.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the class start time, subject to availability.
3. Cancellations and refunds
- Studio cancellations: If we cancel a class, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another session.
- Your cancellations: Requests made at least 48 hours before start time may receive a refund minus reasonable processing fees.
- No-shows: We cannot provide refunds for missed sessions.
4. Conduct and acceptable use
- Respectful environment: We maintain a calm, inclusive studio. Disruptive behavior is not permitted.
- Safety: Follow all safety instructions regarding tools, dust control, and kilns.
- Intellectual property: Class materials are for your personal learning and may not be redistributed without permission.
5. Payments
Prices are listed in USD and may change over time. Taxes and fees will be shown at checkout where applicable.
6. Disclaimers
We provide classes “as is” for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or professional opportunities arising from participation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant class.
8. Privacy

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
